A comprehensive treatment of the heating and ventilating system developed by Smead. Diagrams of the system are colored. There are illustrations of the buildings in which the sytem was installed. Numerous chromolithographic plates, also in color, show the design in great detail. This work is one of great technical detail as well as a fine example of American color plate book production.
