The contributions of this volume are based on the colloquium "Repositioning Europe and America for Growth: The Role of Governments and Private Actors in Key Policy Areas", held by the Transatlantic Policy Consortium. The 16 provocative papers analyze and compare approaches of collaborative governance, co-production, and traditional command and control to current policy issues in key policy areas.
